Regional League
Our Regional League Program (formerly Teen Novice)
Toronto Artistic Swimming’s Regional League program is designed for older youth swimmers who are looking for a more challenging program than Recreational, but are unable to commit to a more extensive program.
By training twice per week for 4 hours in total, they will further develop strength, flexibility and artistic swimming skills while they have opportunities to bond as a team and experience some competition. While the program is ideal for swimmers with some artistic swimming experience, new swimmers can also flourish.
This is a great way for teen swimmers to further hone skills, have a limited competitive experience, but still enable them to participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities since training is limited to 4 hours per week.
Artistic Swimming Skills
Learn new skills and improve technique through position and figure drills, as well as routine development.
Water Fluency and Swim Training
Improve swimming and diving technique for efficient movement in and through the water.
Athletic Training
Improve strength, endurance, agility and flexibility through extensive on-land training.
Team Bonding & Fun
Make new friends and bond with teammates as you train for the full season.
