Regional League
Our Regional League Program
Toronto Artistic Swimming’s Regional League program is designed for those youth swimmers who are looking for a more challenging program than Recreational and want to experience 1-2 competitions, but are only able to swim a limited amount per week. Swimmers compete in the Regional League stream located in the Central/West Region of Ontario.
By training twice per week for 4 hours in total, they will further develop strength, flexibility and artistic swimming skills while they have opportunities to bond as a team and participate in club events and watershows. The program is equally ideal as an entry point for new swimmers or swimmers with some artistic swimming experience.
This is a great way for swimmers aged 7-18 to further hone skills, have a limited competitive experience, but still enable them to participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities since training is limited to 4 hours per week.
Artistic Swimming Skills
Learn new skills and improve technique through position and figure drills, as well as routine development.
Water Fluency and Swim Training
Improve swimming and diving technique for efficient movement in and through the water.
Athletic Training
Improve strength, endurance, agility and flexibility through extensive on-land training.
Team Bonding & Fun
Make new friends and bond with teammates as you train for the full season.

The invitation will include a specific registration link and a request to pay the $250 Swimmer Deposit to confirm your spot; can be done either by credit card or click on ‘pay by etransfer’ and send payment separately to club@torontoartisticswimming.com
- Families will receive confirmation of registration and regular updates through the summer, including notice of September start up events. Note: prior to the season start, families will be asked to pay the September Startup Fee of $350 to cover those costs.
- Families will also receive information on how to complete the mandatory OAS/CAS registration and pay the applicable fee. 2024/5 fees to be confirmed by OAS
- The season will start on Friday, Sept 7th with the first regular practice on Sunday, Sept 8th.
- Team fees will be payable in monthly instalments once final swimmer numbers are known. Sibling discounts and the TASC Club Bursary are available. Please inquire at club@torontoartisticswimming.com for more details. As a Registered Not-for Profit, fees cover team coaching, supervisory coaching, lifeguard, pool and other facility costs, and other club admin expenses. The volunteer TASC Board works very hard to keep fees as low as possible, despite rising costs for facilities, etc.
