Competitive
Our Competitive Program
Our Club offers a full competitive program for swimmers aged 7 to 18 years of age, offering excellent coaching, a variety of pool locations and our club’s strong team spirit and sense of community. The majority of our Competitive athletes keep training with us through high school and many become coaches along the way. This program is ideal for the swimmer who wants to LEARN FASTER, DEVELOP FURTHER, and CREATE LASTING FRIENDSHIPS.
Teams compete primarily at the provincial level, usually participating in at least 4-6 meets per year. Very experienced athletes on more developed teams may also compete at the National level in a variety of provinces. Competitive athletes have opportunities for extra training as well as extra routines (combo, solo, duet).
We offer a full range of teams, based on average ‘synchro age’ (age at Dec 31, 2024), including:
- 10/under (born in 2014 or later)
- 11/12 (born in 2012 or 2013)
- 13-15 (born in 2009-2011)

Note: swimmers may be placed on teams with swimmers either slightly younger or older, depending on coach assessment
